Trash
Trash will let you restore records that were deleted by mistake, or remove them for good.
Where to find it: not in the menu yet. The screen at /settings/trash shows a “Soon” notice.
Who can use it: to be confirmed when the screen ships.
Until then
Section titled “Until then”Most things you delete in Tracovy - users, depots, zones, user groups, retired order questions - are kept in the background rather than wiped, but there is no screen to bring them back yourself. If you delete something by mistake, contact Tracovy support as soon as possible.
To avoid needing Trash at all, prefer switching things off over deleting them:
- Depots and zones: use Deactivate.
- User groups: switch off Active.
- Email and SMS templates: switch off Enabled.
- Order questions: switch off Shown on the order form instead of Retire.
